  3. Lock quoting on revision. A new geometry file should trigger a re-quote or at least a cost-impact review before production sees it.
  4. Sync quote revisions to job travelers. The traveler on the machine should display the revision ID and date. If it doesn’t match the system, stop.
  5. Audit monthly. Pick five completed jobs. Trace the revision path from RFQ to ship. Count the disconnects. Fix the top two.
