About Solvi
Manufacturing software built inside a working 3D printing bureau. This is who we are, where the numbers come from, and how we work with the shops that run it.
Built on a Production Floor, Not in a Software Lab
THE ORIGIN
IT STARTED AS JAWSTEC’S OWN SYSTEM
JawsTec is a polymer powder-bed service bureau in American Falls, Idaho, running HP Multi Jet Fusion and EOS SLS with 24 industrial machines. Nothing on the market ran quote, nest, print, post-process and ship as one flow for powder-bed printing, so the shop built it, one station at a time, while the floor kept shipping parts. That system became Solvi.
THE PROOF
THE NUMBERS ARE OURS
Every figure on this site comes from JawsTec’s own floor and is published on its public quote page: 98.7 percent on-time delivery, 1.3 percent reprints, over 1.2 million parts produced, a 4.8 customer rating. When we say a feature is in pilot or in development, that is what it is. We do not sell roadmap as product.
HOW WE WORK
PILOTS WITH NUMBERS, NOT DEMOS WITH ADJECTIVES
New bureaus onboard as pilots with success criteria agreed at kickoff: packing density, on-time percentage, quote turnaround and build-tech hours. The founder is on the calls. Your team keeps working while we configure the tenant, and the pilot is judged on measurements from your floor, not ours.
WHERE IT RUNS
IDAHO, AWS, OR YOUR OWN CLOUD
Solvi LLC is based in American Falls, Idaho, next to the floor that runs it. Tenants run on AWS public or government cloud, or as a private deployment for sensitive customers, and no customer part files leave your tenant. Solvi is a member of HP’s 3D Process Development Advanced Program.
What We Believe
Never turn work away
Numbers over adjectives
Built by operators, for operators
Milestones
- JawsTec opens in American Falls, Idaho. An HP Multi Jet Fusion and EOS SLS service bureau founded by Oscar Klassen, shipping production parts worldwide.
- The software starts as JawsTec’s own system. Quote page, order manager, stations and timers, built one station at a time while the floor kept shipping.
- solvi.io launches. The system becomes Solvi, offered to other bureaus.
- February 2026: the Job Board goes live. Overflow routing between shops with terms attached. 18 vendors across 3D printing, CNC, sheet metal and injection molding.
- 2026: Auto-Nest enters pilot. Build packing with a clean-by-construction spacing floor and a 3D review viewer, benchmarked against Magics on production builds.
Oscar Klassen, Founder and CEO
Oscar founded JawsTec and built Solvi inside it. He still runs the bureau, sells and onboards every Solvi pilot himself, and speaks to other bureaus in the HP service network about running a fleet like one system. Based in American Falls, Idaho.
The Reference Plant
JawsTec is Solvi’s first tenant and its permanent test bed. Every release runs there first: new stations, auto-batching rules, nesting changes, Job Board terms. If it slows the floor down, it does not ship.

Who We Serve Best
Owner-led polymer powder-bed bureaus first: HP Multi Jet Fusion and SLS shops packing in Magics and running operations on spreadsheets or a generic MES. Then any shop that quotes, builds and ships custom parts.
